Snow and Ice Removal<\/h2>\n

Since its beginnings Constructions HDF specializes in winter maintenance of roads, an essential service. Having at heart the safety of road users, Constructions HDF put all the rigor possible to well maintain the roads it is in charge of.<\/p>\n

Obviously the use of abrasives and salt requires a solid expertise in the field. This was developed by Constructions HDF over the years. A strategy must be established in a short time and weather factors must be taken into account before sending trucks onto the road.<\/p>\n

The temperature plays an important role, we guess. Temperatures colder than -12 degrees Celsius neutralize the useful action of salt and may even produce an effect contrary to that sought. Our employees must also take into account the parameters of sunshine, wind and traffic in order to adjust their strategy to the reality of the roads.<\/p>\n
